Door-to-door is a special service provided by 3rd part delivery company where the item is picked up and delivered to the recipient by meeting them personally. It is recommended to opt for this service if the delivery is arranged to premises like building, apartment, shopping complex etc. for safety purpose.

The charges is RM 5.00. If such service is not required, please ensure your recipient is aware of the shipment. Driver will contact the recipient to pick it up instead of delivering to the doorstep.
