Shipping Policy

1. Our delivery service is applicable within KL & Selangor via third party rider company. E.g. Lalamove or Borzo…

2. Our partner provides door-to-door services with an additional charges of RM 5.00 on delivery fees.

3. For free delivery service, any distances located within 20KM from Sri Petaling are applicable.

4. For distances located at 20km and above, the fees start from RM1.50/1km.

5. Delivery fee is calculated based on system, kindly insert accurate address which can be identified by Google system.

Remarks:
Please be mindful with the following details during the purchases.

1.We are unable to coordinate the delivery process between sender and receiver, please ensure the delivery time and address are correct before placing the order.

2.Time and address cannot be changed after order placement.

3.Please ensure the receiver is available for collection, the dispatcher will leave it at the gate or security if he or she failed to contact the receiver, we are not responsible under any circumstances.

4.If item damaged:
Please do not accept the item if damaged was found, receiver must leave it to the dispatcher to carry out return process. Once consignment is signed/accepted, we are not responsible under any circumstances.

5.Refund Policy
Refund and return are not allowed once the item has been signed off by the receiver.

Upon receiving your order from the driver, please ensure the order is correct and it is under good condition. Any wrong orders and/or defects in products have to be rejected on the spot and notified to our team immeditely. Kindly provide appropriate proof of defects or wrong orders. Any claims will not be entertained once the order is received by receiver.
